Vibracon Sdn Bhd (Vibracon) only delivers to addresses in Malaysia under the following terms & conditions:


Details of the products available for purchase (including their price) are indicated in Vibracon E-Commerce website (www.vibracon.com.my).


Vibracon takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing in the website are correct at the time when the relevant information is placed onto the Vibracon E-Commerce website. Although every effort is made to keep Vibracon E-Commerce website as up-to-date as possible, the information appearing at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.

Purchasing of Vibracon Products

Eligibility to order criteria:

You may only purchase products available for sale; and details of which appear on the Vibracon E-Commerce website are for; Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia & East Malaysia; and for personal use, either by yourself or by your intended recipient(s) of the products. Vibracon reserves the right to decline any order that it has reasonable cause to believe is for onward sale other than through distribution channels approved by Vibracon.

Ordering

1. Select the products and quantity you wish to order and click “Add to Cart”, click on the “Checkout” button at the end of the checkout process.

2. Once you have clicked on the “Checkout” button, you have made a binding offer for the sale of goods. Payment can be made Online banking, Credit Card.

3. Vibracon will E-mail you to confirm your successful product order has been received from our shop in 2-3 working days

4. We are deemed to have accepted your offer, and a corresponding contract of sale for the products you have ordered is concluded between you and Vibracon only upon those products being dispatched to you, as detailed in the dispatch confirmation E-mail and tracking number will be provided. 

Shipment will be arranged from Malaysia in 3-4 working days once payment confirmed.

Payment

Vibracon E-Commerce website is integrated with MP@Y payment gateway. Through this, you are able to make your online payment for your purchases through Credit / Debit Card & FPX. Product Shipment via POS Laju, GDEX, CityLink, Lazada, Shopee

Gross weight < 1 KG (RM10 chargeable)

Gross weight > 1 KG (Mininum RM15 chargeable)

Damaged or Faulty Products and Incorrect Goods Received

Complaints or disputes accompanied with photographic evidence can be submitted in writing to info@vibracon.com.my or by calling +603 8061 3322. We shall respond to you within 3 working days via email.

NO CANCELLATION, NO EXCHANGE and NO REFUND POLICY

Once a purchase is made via Vibracon E-Commerce website, it is strictly non-cancellable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.


IMPORTANT : Please re-check the product(s) ordered and the address of delivery stated before finalizing your online purchases. Vibracon E-Commerce website purchases received after 2pm will be processed the following working day. For deliveries returned to Vibracon due to shopper’s non-responds to the courier deliver attempts, fees will be charged for the processing and re-delivery fees, even if the initial delivery was free.
